Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B. Tech in Mechanical or Electro Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ responsible for the production and maintenance of press and dryer department in 2 tiles plants.
∎ To ensure that all the presses are under operations with maximum productivity and minimum wastage.
∎ Maintenance of chiller/ cooing tower.
∎ To Maintain press, drier and chiller power consumption as per standard target.
∎ To maintain Drier Gas consumption as per standard Target.
∎ Plan and manage Fast Moulds change activity with minimal kiln gap.
∎ Responsible for the moulds assembly and maintenance.
∎ To maintain optimum stock of punches, Moulds and Spares and place orders when necessary.
∎ To train all the operators and technicians to support the production and improve the productivity.
∎ Conduct Regular inspection of machineries and resolve the problems.
∎ To maintain records for Production, Quality, Rejection, Yearly maintenance Schedules, Monthly maintenance cost, Punch consumption reports, Power and gas consumption reports and yearly mould change calendar.
∎ Track the expenses and oversee the budget for the maintenance.
∎ Ensure all maintenance worker adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
∎ To have good communication with all the department heads
∎ To report to the DGM on day-to-day operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-15 years of experience in press and drier Production & Maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of fast trouble shooting in Sacmi Hydraulic Press & Driers.
∎ Well knowledge in SMU, SPE Moulds assembly and maintenance, feeder Box.
∎ Must require experience in Double charge production.
∎ Well knowledge in AutoCad.
∎ Excellent Organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Exceptional Communication and interpersonal Skills.
