∎ Must have working experience in Garments/Textile sector;
∎ Good communication both in English & Bangla;
∎ Must have ability to work under pressure;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes;
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc;
∎ Ensure proper record & disbursement of maternity bill as per Bangladesh labor law;
∎ Ensure coordination with management staff & worker of the entire factory payroll, compensation & benefits function;
∎ Ensure & Provide detailed information payroll related to finance for accounting, auditing & taxation purpose;
∎ Follow up various payment sheets accurately through our build-in Software (salary, overtime, final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave, festival bonus, Allowance, Advance & loan, etc);
∎ Ensure and update yearly increment sheet & adjustment individual salary;
∎ Develop, time to time upgrade and implement Management Staff Organogram for smooth HR operation within the company;
∎ Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for smooth disbursement of all payments & opening of the new bank account & settlement purposes;
