A renowned 100% export-oriented Knit Composite company in the country is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly capable professional for the position of AGM/DGM-Maintenance (Sewing Machine) for the Garments Division located in Gazipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

• Define maintenance SOP and key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement.

• Ensure that all maintenance activities align with production goals and organizational priorities.

• Introduce predictive maintenance tools and techniques to identify potential issues before they result in downtime.

• Monitor the performance of machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

• Manage the repair and replacement of machinery components as needed.

• Maintain an updated inventory of spare parts and consumables to prevent disruptions to operations.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

• Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs without compromising quality or safety.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards related to maintenance activities.

• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements for regulatory audits and certifications.
