Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities- Technical Manager (1 position) :
• Overall technical supervision of woven garments production (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing).
• Ensure proper implementation of buyer-approved tech packs, patterns, measurements, and sewing construction.
• Monitor sewing efficiency, quality standards, and SMV achievement.
• Provide technical solutions for fitting, construction, and workmanship issues.
• Coordinate with IE, QA, Production, and Merchandising teams.
• Handle buyer technical meetings, fit comments, and approvals.
• Train and guide technical and production teams.
Job Responsibilities Sewing Technician (3 position) :
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot sewing machines for woven garments.
• Solve sewing-related problems during bulk production.
• Support line supervisors to improve productivity and reduce defects.
• Train sewing operators on new styles and critical operations.
• Ensure correct sewing method, machine attachment use, and quality stitching.
• Assist during style changeover and pilot run.
