Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the end-to-end supply chain process of the outlet's products, sourcing products and distributing them in the outlet accordingly.
∎ Market research for new items and collections as well.
∎ Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
∎ Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
∎ Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
∎ Organize special events and entertainment to attract more customers.
∎ Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
