Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance appraisal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Steel, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Integrated HRIS & ensure implementation of Performance Management System
∎ Assist and guide all the department for Preparation of Role profile & Make sure all the Role Profiles are ready.
∎ Update role profile database and archive time to time.
∎ Develop KPI from individual role profile. Conduct KPI meeting with specific department heads to help KPI formulation for individuals.
∎ Check and verify increment proposal given by department heads to compile with actual identified performance.
∎ Conduct regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops for middle to senior level management.
∎ Review and improve existing performance management tools and employee development plans.
∎ Recruitment Matrix development for handling different category of recruitment in line with Recruitment policy.
∎ Design and Implement Charter of Authority for handling different category of recruitment
∎ Assist Management in preparing and finalize HR Policies with SOP (Where applicable)
∎ Establishment of Job Grade Nomenclature/ Hierarchy
∎ Job grade-wise salary structure establishment.
∎ To monitor and continue to improve performance standards for the HR function by developing appropriate KPI in accordance with Line Manager
∎ Develop and implement a performance based reward system and culture to facilitate increment process and career progression.
∎ Advise managers on how to deal with performance, conduct and absence issues.
∎ Monitor employee retention and turnover issues via effective evaluation of exit interview/opinion survey data.
∎ Provide management with benchmark data on salaries and benefits in the external market, to ensure talent is retained.
∎ Partial do the recruitment & selection process as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be advanced user of HR Related Software and MS Excel

Salary: Negotiable
