Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Master of Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Experience in Tiles & Sanitary ware Manufacturing company is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and take the full responsibilities of Mechanical team to execute their tasks with accuracy and accountability for the plant.
∎ Handle all kinds of Mechanical & Maintenance works for machinery and vehicles for the plant.
∎ Ensure and implement preventive /Protective maintenance schedule for all equipment's and machineries to improve the efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Analyze the root causes of breakdown for machineries and provide affective solution on the spot for the team to make the things happen on time.
∎ Take the total custody of spare parts for all equipment's and machinery and ensure utilization for the machineries appropriately.
∎ Take affective initiative to reduce the time for proper maintenance in case of any breakdown, installation new machinery & commissioning (if any), fabrication works required to accessories.
∎ Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
∎ Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties.
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
∎ Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
∎ Liaise up different cross-functional department's e.g. Stakeholders, Manager and Work with the managements to update the modern technology upgradation adaptation for the company.
∎ As a front line leader, build up a strong team to achieve the company's goal on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company.
∎ Should have computer knowledge and good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Skilled in English and Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling workforce.
Salary: Negotiable
