Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B. Tech in Mechanical or Electro Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and lead all the Maintenance process of 2 Tiles plants with 4 production lines.
∎ Maintain all the machineries to ensure its working standards ( Body Preparation, Glaze Line, Kiln, Sorting and Utilities)
∎ Create and implement maintenance procedures and SOP.
∎ Conduct regular inspection of machineries and resolve the problems and breakdowns.
∎ To Prepare department wise yearly maintenance calendar and timely implementation
∎ Track the expenses and oversee the budget for the maintenance.
∎ Attain the quality & production targets set by management.
∎ Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
∎ Maintain minimal spares stocks and place orders when necessary.
∎ Maintain good team work and proper training to the down stream.
∎ Developing of imported spares in local.
∎ Implementing safety practice (wear safety harness, helmet etc.) during machine erection and breakdown to avoid accident.
∎ Housekeeping & creating good working atmosphere inside the plant.
∎ Implementing TPM & 5S activities.
∎ ISO Related activities.
∎ To report to the DGM on day-to-day operation and developments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-14 years of experience in maintenance with a minimal 5 years experience in Tiles industry.
∎ previous Managerial Experience in Ceramics Industry much better, Having project Experience is bonus.
∎ Good Understanding of Technical Features of Tiles Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Excellent Organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Exceptional Communication and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Knowledge of SAP R3 and Auto CAD
Salary: Negotiable
