Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor preferably in Statistics/ Development studies/ Economics/ Education or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE : Overall coordination and management of the monitoring and evaluation activities through effective planning and strengthening capacity to meet the requirements of the project Gender Responsive Education and Skills Programme in CHT
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Monitoring and evaluation activities for the project Gender Responsive
∎ Education and Skills Programme in CHT, to plan/ design project's monitoring activities to
∎ facilitate project's goals, to support and supervise to complete tasks as per plan and to
∎ share with management for timely action.
∎ To work in close collaboration with the M&E focal persons of BRAC Education
∎ Programme, BRAC Gender Justice and Diversity Programme, BRAC Skills Development
∎ Programme and any other involved BRAC programmes/ entities to ensure data collection,
∎ processing and utilisation are according to standards set by BRAC and project donor.
∎ To generate and share evidence on quality aspects of the project and to provide feedback
∎ to the management team.
∎ To ensure timely and accurate reporting to the donor and relevant parties to the project
∎ using MIS/ data management system and following appropriate standards & guidelines.
∎ To build capacity of project staff in doing field level monitoring and quality checking.
∎ To address and fulfill urgent need and requirement of BEP senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capabilities of working under pressure within tight & strict deadlines.
∎ Above average critical thinking and problem solving skills .
∎ Evaluation and research tools and techniques.
∎ Data quality management and Capacity development.
∎ Analytical skills using SPSS, STATA, Excel, R, etc.
∎ Strong capacity on planning and organising.
∎ Ability to produce different need-based reports & documentation.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
