Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have RMG-Woven Factory Maintenance Experience.
∎ Should have knowledge about factory's equipment and Machineries operating program & solve the problems of machineries'
∎ Should have maintenance knowledge on Single Needle, Double Needle, Overlook, Kansai, Feed of the arm, APW, Automatic belt loop setter, automatic back pocket setter, automatic back pocket Decorative, leather patch level setter, bottom hemming, Eye Let Hole, Button Hole, Button Stitch, Barrack, heat seal and programable patten Sewing Machine.
∎ Maintain machine layout setting with floor PM.
∎ Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance
∎ Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
∎ coordinate with Purchase department and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production.
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis accordingly
∎ Develops work aid based on the needs of IE department and supports in achieving rapid style changeover.
∎ Have to knowledge on auto cutting, spreader and labeler machine
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
