Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & execute comprehensive plans & strategies, aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and boosting revenues.
∎ Foster and sustain trusting and meaningful relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
∎ Actively involve the Industrial Engineering (IE) team and other cross-functional teams in Kaizen activities to drive operational enhancements.
∎ Implement True Lean Concepts throughout manufacturing operations to drive improvements and increase revenues.
∎ Establish and uphold consistent processes, standards, and compliance expectations to ensure ongoing performance alignment with company, regulatory, and legal requirements.
∎ Maintain transparent and effective communication channels, fostering both top-down and bottom-up exchanges to facilitate smooth operations.
∎ Develop and implement departmental plans; aligned with company strategic and tactical goals, focusing on managerial developments and continuous staff improvements.
∎ Monitor daily progress against plans, promptly addressing any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed, to ensure organizational goals are met.
∎ Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing process optimization, cost reduction, quality enhancement, superior customer service, and punctual delivery.
