Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals;
∎ Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.
∎ Designed and drafted strategic Business plan for Garments Manufacturing.
∎ Production planning and coordinating with the merchants as per the delivery schedule.
∎ Increased factory efficiency by method studies & Continuous improvement projects with I.E. Department.
∎ Delegate manpower in all departments. Meet production targets daily basis.
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and tactical performance
∎ Communicate with washing plant plant and arrange local approvals and ensure standard has been followed.
∎ Overlook the production and Q.A.D teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
