Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall productivity and quality, control cost and reduce the production lead time and maintain a stable work force.
∎ Establish correct garment SMV, Thread consumption and giving to merchandising department for garment costing.
∎ Verify the garment breakdown with method improvement for cost deduction at pre – production stage.
∎ Should be good knowledge about setting up IE/ Work study in cutting, sewing and finishing sections
∎ Should be good knowledge about training people to analyze real root course to overcome bottle necks and prevent the same in future.
∎ Ensure the alignment with the corporate business goals.
∎ Should be sound knowledge about production and capacity planning.
∎ Should be sound knowledge about motivation, various production techniques with problems solving ability.
∎ Manage the operation within agreed KPI.
∎ Work closely with HR, Administration, Logistics, and All production related departments to enhance the production efficiency and operation environment.
∎ Should be Prepare regular reports and presentations on IE and production for the CEO and DMD.
