Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Ceramic, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ceramic Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Directs testing of physical, chemical, and heat-resisting properties of materials, such as clays, feldspar, glaze silicates etc.
∎ • Analyzes results of test to determine combinations of materials which will improve quality of products.
∎ • Conducts research into methods of processing, forming, and firing of clays to develop new ceramic products.
∎ • Designs equipment and apparatus for forming, firing, and handling products.
∎ • Coordinates testing activities of finished products for characteristics, such as texture, color, durability, glazing, and refractory properties.
∎ • Analysis any kind of final product to develop.
∎ • Confirm the quality of finished products.
∎ • Control products parameter.
∎ • Maintain the list of testing equipment and scales.
∎ • Preparing & Implementing training plan for team member.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
