*Manager: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brokerage operations, compliance, or capital market.
*Sr. Manager: Minimum 8–12 years of similar experience with proven AR responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Authorized Representative (AR) Duties:
Act as the official Authorized Representative of Mir Securities Ltd. with DSE.
Ensure all trading operations comply with BSEC, DSE, and CDBL rules and regulations.
Maintain updated knowledge of circulars, directives, and regulatory requirements.
Authenticate and verify BO account opening forms, KYC documentation, and customer onboarding as per regulatory guidelines.
Trading & Operations Management:
Supervise daily trade execution, order management, and back-office operations.
Ensure accurate, timely trade confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
Monitor client trading activities to prevent regulatory breaches, irregularities, or suspicious transactions.
Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and Accounts for fund management, client ledger reconciliation, and settlement obligations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Implement and enforce compliance protocols across all operating units.
Ensure proper handling of client complaints, dispute resolution, and documentation.
Conduct internal audits for operational accuracy, risk control, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all client information and company data.
Client Relationship & Service:
Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with high-net-worth clients and portfolio investors.
Provide clients with accurate trading information, market updates, and investment guidelines within regulatory boundaries.
Ensure timely client communication regarding settlement, payments, and notices.
Coordination & Reporting:
Communicate with DSE, CDBL, BSEC, and other regulatory bodies on operational, compliance, or reporting matters.
Prepare and submit required regulatory reports within stipulated timelines.
Assist senior leadership in strategic planning and operational improvements.
