Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and maintain quality, production, and energy consumption targets daily as per company KPIs
∎ Ensure smooth operation of kiln loading/unloading, roller grinding, TGV, and palletizing machines
∎ Maintain safety standards and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipment
∎ Manage and monitor minimum inventory levels monthly
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to Kiln department personnel
