Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze VSM (Value stream mapping)
∎ Layout design and analyze, upgrade factory lay-out to reduce unnecessary process & movement time and increase efficiency.
∎ Understand, Lead and Coach Kaizen project.
∎ Ensure balancing processes for even work distribution, accurate manpower utilization to improve productivity.
∎ Maintain Machine operators' skill matrix and grading system.
∎ Identify and recommend skill requirements as per plan and style basis.
∎ Drive to set the KPI for targeted efficiency for relevant production units.
∎ Assist and coach team members how to solve bottle neck problems.
∎ Capture and evaluate SMV savings done by the team and encourage to do so.
∎ Identify low performing lines and take strategic action to improve those low performing teams.
∎ Identify Sustainability and QMS failures in the relevant area and initiate corrective action with the team.
∎ Drive QCO to reduce idle time.
∎ Reduce cost by eliminating non-value added activities & operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge/ training on Lean, Six Sigma.
∎ Knowledge/ training on "Lean Management".
∎ Completed online training on "Kaizen''.
∎ Excellent in MS Excel, Fluent in English both in Written and Spoken.
