3–6 years of experience in safety management in large factory.
Strong knowledge of Safety standards protocols.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong documentation skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety manuals and ensure compliance across production.
Ensure Safety for the workplace & building
Develop and implement risk assessment protocols (sharp edges, choking hazards, flammability, etc.).
Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and initiate corrective action plans with relevant departments.
Stay updated on changes in global safety laws and share updates with management and production teams.
Conduct training sessions for production safety and compliance.
Promote a culture of safety awareness across departments.
Daily equipment’s check & maintain needful action.
Monitor the overall Safety systems including the protection and detection system of the organization.
