Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Far-Mac Steel Industries Ltd. is seeking dynamic, results-driven, and technically sound Civil or Architectural Engineers to join our Sales and Marketing division. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical engineering concepts and strategic sales. You will act as the face of our brand, engaging directly with industry professionals, consultants, and associations to promote our high-quality steel products across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Professional Networking: Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and construction consultants.

  • Association Engagement: Identify and proactively contact various engineer and architect associations (e.g., IEB, IAB) across the country to conduct technical presentations and convince them of our product's superiority and compliance with structural standards.

  • Product Advocacy: Clearly communicate the technical specifications, load-bearing capacities, and advantages of our steel products to decision-makers in the construction industry.

  • Site Visits & Troubleshooting: Regularly visit active construction and project sites. Act as the first point of contact for technical support, proactively addressing and resolving any engineering or structural queries regarding our materials on-site.

  • Market Intelligence: Track upcoming major infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects, generating new B2B sales leads and reporting market trends to management.
