Job Context:
∎ Odyssey Craft (Pvt.) Ltd. is searching for talented persons with good personality for Store Department.
∎ Candidates having ERP Software experience will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and report to company higher authority for the day-to-day activity of the store including - product/materials receipt, stock issue, and record maintenance.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes.
∎ Determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
∎ Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and anticipating customer demand.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Modern Software/ ERP
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
∎ Highly knowledgeable about FIFO, Lean, Store Compliance.
∎ Co-Ordination with production department.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7-8 years practical working experience in any reputed export-oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Knowledge of all relevant retailing legal and ethical requirements
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ The ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
∎ Must have knowledge of computer literacy.
∎ Experienced in software-based store and inventory management.
