Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit and Onboard new hires
∎ Conduct performance management and provide feedback
∎ Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
∎ Ensure Implementation of Country laws in the organization
∎ Develop strategic policy & procedures pertaining to Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
∎ Accomplish any other task assigned by superior authority.
