∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources Management, from a reputed university.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy

Job Context:
∎ Ecotrims Bangladesh Ltd aspires to be the leading interlinings supplier in the global fashion business by offering the best expertise and knowledge in producing apparel industries.
∎ We are looking for HR Manager (Factory) to oversee and carry out core human resources policies and procedures of this company who are willing to work in a challenging work-environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations.
∎ Prepare documents and update records related with HR.
∎ Manage interviews, recruitment and hiring as per company policy.
∎ Coordinate with other departments in relation to HR activities.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and advice managers on such policies.
∎ Any other task assign by the management time to time.
∎ Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have previous work experience as an HR Manager or similar role to any reputed organization.
∎ Ability to work in challenging environment.
∎ Applicant must be able to pick up the use of HR management software promptly.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
