Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures
∎ Assist in the designing of Compensation philosophy in alignment with the business strategy
∎ Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need
∎ Execute Learning & Development programs in alignment with skill gap assessment of employees
∎ Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment exercise, etc.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications.
∎ Create and maintain HRIS and generate various HR reports as assigned.
∎ Coordinate and support in Reward & Recognition operational activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge, Data analysis and presentation, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, General Administration.
