Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 in graduation /post-graduation with a major in HRM/ Management/ Business Administration from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and issue letters for confirmation and contract renewals of employees.
∎ Assist during salary processing
∎ Capture all types of employee transition in system
∎ Upload, Verify and Approve employee documents in system
∎ Attend the change requests to update information in MyHR
∎ Supervise the overall employee file management
∎ Provide bank account information to the relevant stakeholders
∎ Attend all the queries and requirements of Bangladesh Bank & NIS
∎ Open accounts for new joiners and deactivate accounts for resigned employees in Workplace
∎ Take clearance from different department for exiting employee
∎ Issue and maintain Release Order, Experience Letter, NOC & other official Letters
∎ Issue Warning Letter, Show-cause Letter, following the disciplinary action procedure
∎ Verification of Salary Certificate and Release Letter
∎ Create profile for new employees in Finultimus
∎ Provide LOI to Bank
∎ Conduct Pre-placement exams for new joiners
∎ Conduct any task assigned by and provide any report requested by the HOHR and Sr. Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years' experience in HR Operations
∎ Candidates with experience in HR from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
