Education:

Management and Economics graduates would be preferred

Minimum 08 years’ experience in Bank/NBFI, with at least 03 years’ experience in Branch Management
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain the image and reputation of the Company.
Create an efficient, friendly and service-oriented branch environment.
Manage relationships with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders.
Keep track of achievement of all targets and deliverables assigned to branch staff by respective line of business or function heads through interaction and review of relevant MIS reports.
Manage branch-based cross functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery for all lines of business and departments.
Provide front line administrative support to operational and administrative Head Office functions
Take appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure.
Control branch expenses and petty cash position.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
Ensure adequate checks and balances are in place in all branch operational processes.
Ensure Portfolio quality through supervision of the collection activities of the Branch as per collection protocol.
Maintain quality asset portfolio by coordinating post disbursement collection activities.
Co-ordinate the exception approval process.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
