∎ United Finance Limited is a publicly listed company formed under Financial Institutions Act of Bangladesh. United Finance started its journey as a Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1989. United Finance is looking for dynamic and hardworking professional for the following position of Chief Business Officer
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka, Head Office
∎ JOB GRADE: Commensurate with experience
∎ Develop and implement a unified business strategy to achieve the organization’s growth and profitability goals.
∎ Set clear objectives and KPIs for each team, including Deposits, Home Loans, SME, Emerging Corporate, Corporate, and Short-Term Finance.
∎ Align the operations of these teams with the overall organizational vision and priorities.
∎ Lead, inspire, and mentor team leaders and members to achieve their potential and exceed performance expectations.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
∎ Identify and address training and development needs to build a high-performing workforce.
∎ Promote seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
∎ Work closely with other senior leaders to align business functions with organizational priorities.
∎ Lead cross-departmental projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and key clients.
∎ Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
∎ Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on matters impacting business operations and growth.
∎ Ensure all business activities are compliant with local and international regulatory standards.
∎ Establish and monitor robust governance frameworks to mitigate risk and uphold ethical practices.
∎ Oversee regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance across all teams.
∎ Regularly evaluate team and individual performance against business targets and KPIs.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to adjust strategies as needed.
