Minimum 7 years experience in supervisory in renowned Bank/NBFI

Computer operations:

• Proficiency in utilizing mortgage processing software and platforms.

• Ability of proper utilization of technology for streamlining processes, analysis and reporting. 

Communication and presentation:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

• Capacity to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.      

Relationships and Negotiation:

• To achieve favorable terms and resolutions during mortgage transactions.

• Supervision on behalf of the organization while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience in resolving disputes and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.

1. To act as primary supervisor of all Fresh, revised and final Vetting Report by other law officer confirming whether the proposed property is mortgage-able or not by way of ensuring good right of relevant property documents.

2. Maintain MIS of all types of service requests received for Mortgage Management Unit.       

3. Monitor Collection of all Title Search Report of relevant property documents with the help of external lawyer and in case of few emergency cases with the help of Mortgage Support Team.

4. To review, re-check and assign to review, re-check Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Deed of Redemption, Deed of Revocation, various customized letter of undertaking and so on considering basic parameter.·        

5. Collect periodic report of work from unit members and inform the Department Head.

6. Monitor execution of deferred Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney which caused by non-completion of Mutation and/or Mortgage Permission.

7. Monitor the overall activities of all law officer and Mortgage Support officer in line with their respective job description.

8. Provide timely reporting to the reporting line with regard to the progress of ongoing work and to be completed work within deadline.

9. To escalate various types of query/Information to management within deadline·

10. Provide effective response against audit query/observation from time to time.

11. To have new and original idea that will contribute to improve productivity and service levels in the organization.

12. Perform all other Incidental work assigned or to be assigned as per management decision.

13. Perform any work assigned or to be assigned as per management decision.
