Experience:
Fluent in English and Bangla in both verbal and written communication.
Adequate knowledge in MS Office.

Strategy & Development:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures which align with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances, or other issues.
Talent Acquisition:
Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the recruitment and selection process.
Enhance and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and processes.
Follow up and renew the contract process of management and non-management staff in due time.
Complete probation review process in due time.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement & satisfaction
Plan & implement employee retention strategy to reduce turnover.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in the employee experience.
Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct Cost Analysis, Job Grading, Workforce Planning etc.
Report to top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Prepare monthly reports about the overall human capital performance of each department of each concern.
