Additional Requirements:

  • Good Presentation skill with patience and perseverance.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures which align with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances, or other issues.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process.

  • Enhance and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and processes.

  • Follow up and renew the contract process of management and non-management staff in due time.

  • Complete probation review process in due time.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement & satisfaction

  • Plan & implement employee retention strategy to reduce turnover.

  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement in the employee experience.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct Cost Analysis, Job Grading, Workforce Planning etc.

  • Report to top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Prepare monthly reports about the overall human capital performance of each department of each concern.
