Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM will get preference.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Arrange and manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment in the Group as a whole.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program for the Group.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrices and budget.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years (Preferable in HR).
∎ Candidate who served as Manager (HR) at least 5 years in a reputed group of company will get preference.
∎ Candidate from similar group (Agro based company) will also get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ General HR, Training & Development, HR compliance, Recruitment & Selection etc.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary:
