∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To review HR Planning & develop organograms.
∎ To develop JS/JD for all the positions.
∎ To recruit Management staff for the group.
∎ To manage performance setting KPI.
∎ To arrange/conducts trainings and development programs.
∎ To coordinate HR activities with business units and prepare MIS.
∎ To arrange employee engagement activities.
∎ To work with production departments to improve productivity and reduce waste.
∎ To develop SOP for various departments.
∎ To work with ISO standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The incumbent have to travel factories frequntl.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
