Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of Human Resource Planning and ensure its implementations;
∎ Ensure right recruitment, selection and placement of officials according to Recruitment & Selection Policy;
∎ Conduct interview to select the right candidates and monitor Return on Employment (ROE);
∎ Ensure talent identification, acquisition, maintaining of talent pool and implementation of talent succession planning;
∎ Analyze organizational need, identify, prepare & implement of policies, procedures, rules & guidelines;
∎ Ensure finalization of HR Budget & monitor its implementation;
∎ Follow-up on time Service Confirmation, Employee Performance Evaluation and Reward Management & employee motivation;
∎ Follow-up Organizational Excellence, HR Developmental/HR R&D related tasks to create & maintain healthy Corporate culture;
∎ Ensure completion of various HR Programs/Assignments;
∎ Ensure maintenance of Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR with large Garments, Group of Companies, Textile etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on BLL 2006.
∎ Energetic, confident and self driven.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
