Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in HRM from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining up to date personal record of employees & supervise HR software/database issue.
∎ To arrange and organize recruitment and selection process & responsible for manpower planning for various programs of CCL.
∎ To supervise hygiene, safety, security and responsible for handling disciplinary, grievance issues.
∎ The Manager-HR shall coordinate, manage and arrange training program for CCL staffs.
∎ To supervise employee attendance, check and verify sectional OT.
∎ Developing and implementing HR policies, yearly increment, charter of demand from labor union etc.
∎ Responsible for issuing office order, circular time to time as & when required.
∎ Developing HR practices time to time, supervise employee compensation benefits & performance appraisal system.
∎ To supervise legal, statutory affairs in relation to any trade union matters & maintaining close liaison with all levels of employee.
∎ Responsible for maintaining up to date license, documents and responsible to handle legal issues like suit/writ/court related matters in compliance with the advice/directives of the authority.
∎ To maintain close liaison with the MEO/CEO office, Chittagong for payment of land revenue against the leased property of the Club compound and shall be responsible to maintain updated status of the concerned files.
∎ The Manager-HR shall be assigned other responsibilities by the General Committee as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ PGDHRM will be preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):General Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Human Resource Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
Salary: Negotiable
