Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Health Club, ensuring all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Maintain the weight and fitness areas, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and used according to the facility’s rules.
Organize and promote fitness programs and activities for members and guests.
Ensure guests are provided with proper instruction on the use of equipment and fitness-related information.
Ensure a safe workout environment through constant circulation on the floor.- Be able to identify participants’ exercise risks and concerns.
Ensure the Health Club area is clean and well-maintained.- Conduct regular inventory checks of operational and retail supplies.
Any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
