Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
∎ Certification in HR will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate in implementation of yearly HR strategy and other HR initiatives, systems and tactics
∎ Assist in the performance appraisal system, evaluation and compilation
∎ Devise employee development programs based on training needs identification and competency gap analysis
∎ Develop and implement departmental meeting and reporting system and ensure meeting and reporting structures are followed and maintained
∎ Coordinate to implement HR policy and procedure
∎ Assist on Talent management and Succession planning process
∎ Support all employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, counseling issues in the best possible manner and ensure appropriate strategies taken to handle such areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill
∎ People leadership
∎ Demonstrated understanding of modern HR matrices
∎ KPI based performance management system
∎ HR / Business knowhow
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Specially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
