Responsibilities & Context:

The role leads a division’s HR team and aligns HR strategies with business goals. It demands strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and responsiveness to management’s priorities. The position drives organizational development and ensures a consistent HR culture across all units.

  • Oversee the HR team to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies across all SBUs.
  • Align with Learning & Development and Organizational Development teams to achieve targets.
  • Facilitate and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS) effectively.
  • Maintain close liaison with various departments and management to understand their needs.
  • Provide timely and efficient HR support aligned with organizational goals.
