Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline / MBA (Major in HRM).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance.
∎ Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs at unit level.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
∎ Supervise on Job Descriptions, Job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator.
∎ Supervise payroll and compensation management.
∎ Review the Performance of all staff and workers at the end of the year and arrange for
∎ salary/promotion evaluation.
∎ To maintain & properly monitor grievance & disciplinary procedure among the workers &
∎ staff.
∎ Hiring he knowledge of labor laws & Factory Laws.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness, safety & security matter of the factory.
∎ To maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, Local Thana, Labor ministry and Fire
∎ bigrade to get the update on time and ensure the entire factory gets updated information.
∎ To make good & peaceful relation among the factory management, top management &
∎ workers/staff.
∎ Ensure all kinds of health & safety issues within the law & company policy.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts,
∎ industry standards, etc.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment,
∎ salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ Sound knowledge on Environmental issue.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years

∎ Skills Required: Decision making, Team Leadership
∎ At least 7-10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HRM.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, FMCG, Factory Engagement, Manufacturing Company.
∎ At least 5 years' experience at Manager position in relevant field.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
