  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.

  • Good command in both Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Excel Telecom (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and proactive professional for the position of Manager, HR & Administration for its Mobile Manufacturing Factory operation. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall HR, Administration, Compliance, and factory employee management activities to ensure smooth factory operations.

Lead and supervise overall HR & Administration functions of the factory.

  1. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, labor law, disciplinary procedures, and compliance issues.

  2. Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement activities.

  3. Maintain factory administration including security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, and other support services.

  4. Ensure proper manpower planning and workforce management.

  5. Maintain liaison with government authorities, local administration, and compliance-related agencies.

  6. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively.

  7. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records and factory licenses.

  8. Monitor payroll-related activities including overtime, attendance, and employee benefits.

  9. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates regularly.

  10. Conduct training, orientation, and awareness programs for employees.

  11. Any other tasks assigned by management.
