Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) would be given preference.

Business Communication, HR Generalist, HR Operations, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that the company’s Personnel policy, procedures, approaches and action plans are efficiently carried out.
∎ Introduce new systems to build strength and control in the workforce.
∎ Prepare SOP for every individual connected sector which is directly related to organizational development.
∎ Implement employee benefit programs and inform employees benefits by analyzing and assessing benefit needs and trends, and recommending benefit programs to the management.
∎ Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources under the guidance of Bangladesh labour law, conducting investigations, maintaining all the records and taking action with management decisions.
∎ Set KPI for the employee and provide the training to maintain the KPI.
∎ Develop TNA and organize different training programs for the employees.
∎ Give guidelines for preparing Yearly, Half-yearly, Quarterly & Monthly various analysis reports prepare.
∎ Supervise & implement the ISO 9001 – 2015 QMS.
∎ Oversees activities related to security, vigilance, and administration.
∎ Motivation, Coaching, Counseling and monitoring employee's job satisfaction at work.
∎ Regular coordination with the factory to ensure business continuity.
∎ Facilitate the Induction process of new employees.
∎ Follow up the full recruitment process.
∎ Prepare Human resources yearly plan and delegate the responsibilities to the team members to implement the plan.
∎ Responsible for ensuring optimum manpower plan (Contractual/Casual and Permanent Employees).
∎ Handle labour court & any legal process for the company's needs.
∎ Look after the succession planning process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership skills to lead the HR & Admin team.
∎ Excellent mentor-ship to create a learning environment for the HR & Admin team.
∎ Good communication skills (in both Bangle & English).
∎ Good Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and modern HR practice.
∎ Having trained in various HRM-related subjects will be an added advantage
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Bangla Typing using Bijoy, Email Communication, HRM Software)
