Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System & Network Administration:
∎ Manage Windows Server 2019 (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, RDP) and MikroTik routers (NAT, Firewall, VPNs).
∎ Administer email servers (cPanel Webmail), CCTV/IP cameras, PABX/IP-PBX systems, and biometric devices.
∎ Handle network configuration for servers, workstations, and email accounts. Perform daily data backups (SQL Server, File Server, Tally Prime Database) to secure storage and Google Cloud. Manage Endpoint Security for endpoint protection.
∎ Software & Application Support:
∎ Ensure software functionality, troubleshoot errors and optimize performance.
∎ Support ERP systems (Tally Server 9/Tally Prime, HRP & Payroll, CRM).
∎ Perform troubleshooting for any problem of domain & hosting. Maintain documentation for all development work.
∎ Hardware & End-User Support:
∎ Monitor and maintain computer hardware, printers, telephones, photocopies, and interactive systems.
∎ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, network printers, and Android devices.
∎ Maintain hardware inventory (with Purchase), software, and manuals.
∎ Security & Auditing:
∎ Conduct regular network and data security checks and system audits.
∎ Identify and implement software and system updates.
∎ Project Management:
∎ Manage IT projects from planning to execution using project management methodologies.
∎ Additional Tasks:
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
