Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To receive & deliver materials properly as per documents.
∎ To issue materials by following FIFO system.
∎ To conduct monthly physical inventory.
∎ To prepare report weekly and monthly.
∎ To reconcile and update reports with production department.
∎ Any other related jobs assigned time to time by departmental heads.
∎ Ensure product safety through proper storing and preservation.
∎ Arrange appropriate warehousing for Materials receiving, dispatching, stacking & quality control.
∎ Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
