Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
∎ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development processes.
∎ Manage payroll, leave, and employee performance appraisals.
∎ Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of the office infrastructure, facilities, and utilities.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Oversee vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative functions with organizational objectives.
∎ Analyze and address HR trends and challenges to improve efficiency.
∎ Prepare reports on HR and administrative activities for management review.
