Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Human resource,KPI

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, KPI management, Recruitment and selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have proper knowledge on KPI and its applications.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of operating Various HR related software & its operations.
∎ Manage & assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviewing.
∎ Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, and sitting arrangements.
∎ Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees.
∎ Can formulate HR policies.
∎ Manage schedules, appointments, and communication on behalf of HR Admin Manager.
∎ Prepare and update HR policies and employee handbooks as required.
∎ Monitor workplace safety and security protocols, implementing improvements when necessary.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ Stylish and well Spoken

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
∎ People oriented and results driven
∎ Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
∎ Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
∎ Training in building necessary KPI system for specific task or person or department to evaluate the performance.
