Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To identify poor-performing employees and take corrective action.
∎ Strong leadership, Problem-Solving & Decision Making:
∎ Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and lead a dynamic workforce.
∎ Ability to resolve employee concerns and improve organizational culture.
∎ Conduct/coordinate end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Prepare employee's salary & wage sheet and ensure timely salary disbursement, compensation & benefits issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
