∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute overall work of the HR department in line with policy guidelines.
∎ Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
∎ Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
∎ Manage recruitment databases
∎ Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes
∎ To look into workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of wages and salaries
∎ To look into compliance issues and others as per the labor law and to assist in disciplining employees in line with existing labor laws & company policy.
∎ To assist in issues relevant to Payroll, HRIS and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ To receive inter-departmental notes, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
∎ To ensure day-to-day HR/Compliance works are done smoothly.
∎ To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various departments, concerned authorities and provide administrative support to the Management.
∎ To inspect the Daily Labors are in place physically and to prepare Employee's Daily OT Statement and OT Reports
∎ To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ensuring all factory HR operational activities.
∎ Guiding HR team in ensuring proper coordination, communication and follow up.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
