Experience:
M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
5 to 7 years relevant experiences on Production.
At least 3 year hand on experience in PE Foam Production and plastic products.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of PE foam extrusion and conversion processes.
Familiarity with production equipment and plant operations.
Proficient in production planning software (ERP systems is a plus).

Job Responsibilities:
Process Operation and Maintain Quality of products:
Oversee daily PE foam production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
Supervise and guide the production team to maintain high performance and operational discipline.
Ensure that all products meet defined quality standards through continuous monitoring and checks.
Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate regular maintenance of extruder machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant and secure work environment.
Maintain accurate production records and provide timely reports to management for review.
Ensure proper functioning of Monitor and control the process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed of motors and gas flow etc.)
Process trouble shooting and take remedial action.
Prepare daily / monthly production report of the factory.
Forecast the production on the basis of consumption.
Ensure quality of the products according to customer choice.
Prepare daily production report and submit to the Management.
Using scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes.
Designing, proposing, implementing reviewing, and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
Using computers to compile and analyze data.
Providing services as per production needs and design, implement, troubleshoot, test, and improve processes, equipment, and facilities.
Assisting with establishing budgets and timelines.
Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Maintenance:
Routine maintenance of all the equipment and machineries.
To solve all technical and managerial problems.
Send the maintenance report to the management periodically.
Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
Prepare and forecast weekly and monthly report (production and maintenance) for management.
Responsible for generators maintenance and electrical trouble shooting.
Maintains of attendance register of the Factory workers.
