Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Operation and Maintain Quality of products:
∎ Ensure proper functioning of Monitor and control the process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed of motors and gas flow etc.)
∎ Process trouble shooting and take remedial action.
∎ Prepare daily / monthly production report of the factory.
∎ Forecast the production on the basis of consumption.
∎ Ensure quality of the products according to customer choice.
∎ Monitoring of raw materials and minimizing of wastage.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to the Management.
∎ Prepare daily attendance and monthly overtime sheet of the workers.
∎ Using scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes.
∎ Designing, proposing, implementing reviewing, and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
∎ Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
∎ Using computers to compile and analyze data.
∎ Establishing safety and waste management procedures.
∎ Providing services as per production needs and design, implement, troubleshoot, test, and improve processes, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Assisting with establishing budgets and timelines.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Maintenance:
∎ Routine maintenance of all the equipment and machineries.
∎ To solve all technical and managerial problems.
∎ Send the maintenance report to the management periodically.
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
∎ Prepare and forecast weekly and monthly report (production and maintenance) for management.
∎ Responsible for generators maintenance and electrical trouble shooting.
∎ Maintains of attendance register of the Factory workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ 5 to 7 years relevant experiences on Production.
∎ At least 3 year hand on experience in PE Foam Production and plastic products.
