Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preference will be given to those are having degree in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Garments Finishing, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to Finishing Department.
∎ Able to control overall finishing operation as per buyer’s demand and handle the inspections with external/internal buying office audits.
∎ Manage the Finishing & Packing team.
∎ Provide required correction of recipe/ dyes (GPL) for the sample as well as bulk production.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve fixed packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyze individual worker’s performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation and provide training to make skilled manpower.
∎ Supervise/monitor machineries to detect malfunction and advise repair or replacement of parts.
∎ Participate in PP meetings to identify the risk of all new wash styles.
∎ Ensure all garments receiving to finishing according to plan.
∎ Make sure there are no unplanned OT due to operations issues.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ Develop and execute workflow plans that reflect the demand forecast.
∎ Prepare reconciliation report and maintain good relationship among inter departments.
∎ Monitor packing efficiency.
∎ Must remain present in factory during all sorts of buyer’s inspections.
∎ Be able to properly supervise finishing team to maintain required standard as set by buyers.
∎ Any other works as per advise of management.

∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technically Qualified & Capable of Monitoring Day to Day Activities.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
Salary: Negotiable
