∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Manufacturing, Industrial & Production Engineering, woven Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis.
∎ Coordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Prepare Production Time and Action Plan.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly production MIS & efficiency report, machine breakdown the report, etc.
∎ Monitor line-wise production report by hourly output to keep production volume as per target.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time, and motion study for all styles.
∎ Systematic group planning and execution of total production flow as well as balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring the elimination of it.
∎ Must lead production team & assume full departmental accountability.
∎ Any other works as per advise of management.

∎ Age at least 38 years
