∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory operations, Industrial Engineering, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising and IE teams to determine future, present order status, product costing, and to discuss the available capacity status of the factory.
∎ Production planning, material planning, and machinery planning are to be done with full accountability.
∎ Must be able to manage overall marketing procedures for the factory independently.
∎ Must coordinate pre-production meetings and maintain desired production volume by providing training to workers as needed.
∎ Follow-up day-to-day production from each line to ensure all production units meet the production target.
∎ Close follow-up with industrial engineering (IE) team to optimize production output.
∎ Must be responsible to ensure the production of quality garments to be shipped timely to the buyers with full documentation.
∎ Check manpower costing of each floor to keep total manpower cost under control.
∎ Conduct R&D at all times to minimize production costs in every possible way.
∎ Must ensure that the factory is running in accordance with buyers’ compliance standards.
∎ Hire well-experienced workers, who can contribute to positive production growth.
∎ Must lead production team & assume full departmental accountability.
∎ Any other works as per advise of management.
