Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): garments woven, Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the necessary approvals and confirm orders by analyzing technical feasibility with factory capacity and doing line planning accordingly.
∎ Follow up pre-production activities (RM in-house status, Sample approval status, Pilot run, P.P. meeting, Cutting, Pad, Heat seal, printing, Input, Bulk approval, etc.).
∎ Coordinate activities between Merchandising, Sample, Production, Quality Control, Store & Commercial Department.
∎ Responsible for machines & manpower requirements forecasting for the capacity management of the entire operation and escalate to the management on potential capacity gaps well in advance in order to ensure optimum utilization of capacities and to take preventive measures.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly schedule meetings with merchandising team for proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Provide color lab dip/print strike-off to the buyer and get approval.
∎ Check fabric consumption, follow up on day-to-day production, and make proper production and shipment plans.
∎ Confirm the availability of raw materials, accessories, fabrics, machinery, carton, stickers, etc. for smooth production.
∎ Able to handle buyers independently.
∎ Conduct weekly coordination meetings with concerned persons from production, merchandising, washing, printing, technical, maintenance, IE, etc. to review the condition of running style and upcoming style as well as supply chain activities.
∎ Share the lead time matrix with Merchandising team & work with merchandising team to get proper lead time to execute orders and to increase the factory efficiency.
∎ Follow up various types of reports such as Daily production plan vs. actual, Daily profit-loss calculation, Monthly profit-loss monitoring, Sewing W.I.P, Finishing W.I.P, Wash send W.I.P, Wash received W.I.P, Production report, running order status, W.I.P reduction, Production summary, Cage variance, Cut-Ship report, etc.
∎ W.I.P reconciliation (Section wise & also P.O wise).
∎ Analysis Daily production plan vs. actual & leads to get a quick solution for a smooth operation with consulting operation head.
∎ Any other works as per advise of the management.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Mobile SIM and monthly bill. Salary review yearly. Earned leave cash disbursement is made yearly.
